A Venezuelan migrant has been charged with sexually assaulting a girl earlier this month on the College of Illinois Chicago (UIC) campus. 

Twenty-seven-year-old Elvis Hernandez-Pernalete, who additionally goes by Luis Guevara, allegedly adopted the lady from the UIC-Halsted Blue Line Station round 8 p.m. on March 16, and tried to seize her from behind, FOX Chicago reported.
