Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, has prompt that if Democrats sweep the 2024 elections, they are going to management the nation for a century.
He predicted that if Democrats win each chambers of Congress and the White Home, they are going to get rid of the filibuster within the Senate, add justices to the U.S. Supreme Courtroom, grant Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico statehood, and set up federal management over elections, redistricting, and campaigns.
“Day 1: Nuke the filibuster,” Lee wrote on X. “Day 2: Pack SCOTUS. Day 3: Make DC & PR states. Day 4: Enact federal takeover of elections/redistricting/campaigns. Days 5 – 36,500: Rule America uncontested for 100 years.”
Lee, who has been serving within the Senate since 2011, endorsed former President Donald Trump in January previous to the Iowa GOP presidential caucus, which Trump decisively received.
The senator has been lively on X, regularly responding to 2024 Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris.
“Within the world wrestle between tyranny and democracy, the President of the USA should at all times be on the aspect of freedom,” Harris tweeted.
“Precisely,” Lee responded. “That is why most of us are voting for Trump.”

Lee provided a blunt response to a submit wherein Harris referred to as Trump “weak.”
