Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei defends missile barrage towards Israel in uncommon sermon

Iran’s Supreme Chief Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared in a uncommon sermon Friday that his nation’s ballistic missile assault on Israel earlier this week was “authorized and legit” and that the “resistance within the area is not going to again down even with the killing of its leaders.”

Nationwide Safety Adviser Jake Sullivan stated earlier this week that the Iranian missile assault on Israel was “defeated and ineffective” and that the U.S. army coordinated with the IDF to repel the strikes.
