Dallas Uber driver seen on video punching passenger after dispute over legroom

An Uber driver was captured on video punching a 68-year-old passenger at the back of the pinnacle in Dallas after he complained a few lack of legroom inside his automobile, a report says. 

The incident involving Suleman Gauba unfolded Wednesday within the metropolis’s Design District as he and his spouse referred to as for an Uber to take them to an area Walmart, in keeping with Fox4 Dallas.

The Dallas Police Division tells Fox Information Digital {that a} preliminary investigation has discovered that the sufferer first “entered the suspect’s automobile, a journey share driver.
